What is Rhythms Of Consciousness
Christopher Wesselingh has evolved a series of tools and exercises for exploring consciousness itself including a map that allows us to explore our journey and the pathways. The techniques allow you to understand the simplicity of it all and aspects of consciousness and how they relate to each other. Christopher has been taken into consciousness itself and shown how it produces form, awareness, the inner knowing and the creative source itself. Christopher over the years has found a community of friends who have fun exploring consciousness with him, some working with his techniques. They have added to the knowledge which is constantly evolving.
Meet Christopher
Some know Christopher as a farmer in the mountains of Queenstown, others know him as a spiritual friend and teacher helping them on the path of growth. Christopher’s journey began in 1985 with a karate accident that left him with spinal damage and mobility disabilities forcing his life to take a new turn. He spent a significant amount of time not being able to move for months at a time which is where is started to go inwards and explore. The foundations of his meditation techniques come from Theravada Buddhism and Burmese Buddhism, give him the tools to work with before letting go. He has a background of NLP, hypnotherapy, caring communications, reiki, rebirthing He developed the map of consciousness around 30 years ago and has been sharing it since then to help show people where they are at and where they can explore further. His breathing meditations have been developing over the last 3 years to help people distinguish the difference between the rhythms of the world they live in. These rhythms are teaching people how to tune into different states of consciousness and operate from that place. Christopher has shared this technique with many who have been open to learning and are now integrating it into their own work. You can find them in the link below.
